Career
Dr Jack Schiffer is Of Counsel at ADVANT Beiten's Munich office and member of the Corporate / M&A practice group. His area of activity comprises mergers & acquisitions, company, transformation and group law, management of annual general meetings, as well as private equity and alternative investments. He particularly advises his national and international clients on cross-border transactions, company law restructurings and corporate litigation. Focus industries are automotive supply and IT.
Dr Jack Schiffer studied law at the Universities of Munich and Paris and was admitted to the German Bar in 1975. In 1976, he was awarded a Dr. jur. degree from the Freie Universität Berlin. Since 1979, he also qualifies as tax advisor. Since 1990 he has been working as Partner and since 2013 as Of Counsel with ADVANT Beiten.
